These guys are true professionals. I had a Tesla model Y that the rear tailgate got hit just the tailgate from somebody behind the vehicle that rear-ended us. They were able to keep the Paint work just to the hatchback did not have to repaint the entire back of the car absolutely a perfect color match. They changed everything over to the new hatchback and I’ve been in the body shop business for about 10 years and absolutely could not tell that this vehicle had ever been touched. Everything was swapped over perfect the paint match was absolutely perfect. The texture was perfect A 100% better than I could’ve ever expected Repair. I highly recommend this place for the repair and bodywork of your car. The car was cleaned and it was detailed spotless when we picked it up. We will definitely be back again, but thanks for going over and above on our Tesla thanks, Limomike.

I initially brought my vehicle to Hendrick Collision for body work. While I was there, I mentioned that I also had a couple of minor scratches I wanted to take care of. Joel recommended using touch-up paint as the best solution instead of paying for additional work I didn't need. I purchased the paint and brought it back, and Joel graciously applied it for me. He was incredibly kind, thorough, and took the time to make sure everything looked as good as possible. It's refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about helping customers and providing honest recommendations. I truly appreciate Joel's professionalism, willingness to go the extra mile, and attention to detail. Thank you for the outstanding customer service! I want to give a huge shout out to Ms . Nicki & Ms.Tiffany they was so polite and answered any questions with NO COMPLAINTS . Also i would like to give one last shout out to Mat , He fixed my car and did a QUICK REPAIR ! ( before and after photo’s will be included ) 10/10 thank you Mat!

My wife and I could not be happier with the service we received at Hendricks Collision Center in Tallahassee, Florida. Matt Orozco our Collision Consultant, took great care of us from the beginning of the process to the completion of the job. Matt worked with our insurance company to insure that our car was returned to its pre-collision condition. The quality of the body work was excellent, the paint job is beautiful, and just as Matt assured us, we cannot tell that our car was ever in an accident. So many people have looked at the finished job and have been amazed at the quality of the work that Hendricks did. We are recommending them to everyone we know. We are aware that Matt went the extra mile to insure that everything was just right before signing off on the finished job, reflecting his excellent work ethic. Do not take your car here. I bought a brand new Tesla, there was a few paint issues from delivery and Hendricks is Tesla’s certified body shop so this work was under warranty. Originally there was a few spots with paint missing, scratches along the rear bumper and the trunk lid, etc. I requested for all of this to be fixed. The advisors at Tesla marked all these spots for Hendricks to fix. A week goes by, my car is supposedly ready to be picked up. I go to inspect it, the oringial scratches were still there on the rear bumper and the trunk lid, they left some sort of dried wax all over my passenger rear door and window and there was a new dent on my driver side door!! The dent was small but this is a brand new car that had no dents when I brought it in to get fixed. The only thing they managed to do right is that they fixed the spots with the missing paint. I was so upset with the fact the original issues weren’t fixed AND they added more on top of that! I had the Tesla advisors sent my car back to Hendricks to get it fixed. Second time it took probably a week and a half. I noticed on my car’s tracker that my car was sitting outside for over 4 days in the same parking spot. I went
